To tug a boat

A ship stranded on one of Cape Town’s prime beaches – Clifton. This happened in the early morning of Saturday 12 May with thick fog surrounding the coastline. Still, it remains a mystery how the ship managed to run ashore with beacons and fully operational navigation equipment.

It took almost a week and numerous failures to remove the ship from the beach…
